We are just going to come out and say it - most granola is ....simply .....not ......crunchy….enough.
L’s Granola is designed to have a satisfying crunch that easily crumbles in your mouth. This not only makes it more enjoyable and quicker to eat, but is also easier on your teeth. (Unlike some “crunchy” granola that makes you feel like you’re munching on semi hard rocks/pebbles…)
How is our granola so crunchy?
We have been asked if we use a dehydrator to make our granola – it was so light and crunchy!
Our secret is the care taken to roast at a gentle low temperature for over a few hours to ensure our granola is the lightest and crunchiest you’ll ever have. (With no need for a dehydrator).
Full of Roasted flavour (without the excess sugar)
The flavour in our granola is developed by our low temperature roasting for many hours, cultivating and gently caramalising the natural pre-existing sugars, brown sugar and black strap molasses in our granola. The care taken to preserve the integrity of our ingredients’ flavour and nutritional attributes, prevents the necessity to pump our granola with sweeteners and instead allow the flavours to gently and slowly develop as it is roasted.

Our granola is handcrafted with extra care in order to ensure (a premium product is created) our granola is light, crunchy and full of flavour.
